Orotek technical field personnel (TFPs) handle customer premise service appointments including installs and disconnects and on-premise trouble shooting and repair.  TFPs are trained and certified on cable and broadband triple-play products—voice, video and data.  Orotek TFP positions offer opportunities for growth into management.

 

TFPs are provided the necessary tools for their field work as well as branded shirts and a late model white van or truck.  In-house training is available for qualified applicants to gain industry certifications.

 

Qualified applicants must have a valid driver’s license and mobile phone.  Candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug screen.  Previous experience and SCTE certification is required for some markets; candidates may be eligible for onsite training.
